Next Meeting

Tuesday March 3rd 2026 at 19:30-22:00 - Pet Photography – Christine Johnson, LRPS, DPAGB, BPE5

We are delighted to announce that on March 3rd, club member Christine Johnson will be doing a presentation on pet photography and will be bringing her lovely dog, Star, to act as the perfect pet model. In the first half, Christine will share some of her experiences and projects as a pet photographer, with plenty of hints and tips. This will also address how well pet photos do in various competitions. She will also show examples of what mini photography sessions entail. The second half offers an opportunity to have a go at a mini session yourself. There will be a studio light available, and Star will hopefully be in modelling mode. Bring your camera and a sense of humour. The studio light should work with most cameras, but if it doesn’t, you are welcome to use Christine’s camera with your own SD card.
